Hello I am RaQuan Thomas a senior at Shaw University in Raleigh North Carolina. This myblog that you are reading, my blog is called Lose Weight Fitness. Yes every blog i post will be about fitness with losing weight. My deeper goal is to explain to people who want to work out but just don’t have the time or gym membership or even just don’t know how to get started is to explain how you can workout at home for 30min even 15min with no equipment and still lose the weight you want to lose. Going through this myself made me really want to blog about it,giving the information I learned and found out to someone who may need it. It’s always a point in life where you look in the mirror and you dislike your body weight and not all the time can you go to the gym to lose weight so what do you do if you can’t go to the gym. While you can do push ups, sit ups every morning and night and you can start by drinking plenty of water. If yournot in shape to do a lot of push ups and sit ups that’s fine I would not advise you to. Remember also start small and work your way up to your goal, there are thousands of ways to do fitness with no equipment and still have that dream body. With the internet there is so many facts to prove that working out in your own home is better for you. Not only am I going to give you information of working out at home but also facts and statistics that will help you understand your body better and how your body works. This is a personally fact/experience for me that I’m telling you about the gym. In Oct 2014 it was cold but my brother and mom’s boyfriend still wanted to go to the YMCA so we went there, we only worked out for an hour not to long then we left. But as we were leaving I started to not feel so good, soon as I got home I started throwing up apparently I caught the stomach bug some way somehow. My point is working out at home you don’t have to worry about germs and traveling in the cold weather.
