The Best 5 Ways To Eat Healthy at Work

Happy Valentines Day to all my readers. I hope everyone’s year 2020 is going well. We have made it to month two February Black History month. With this being February I have a great blog idea I want to share with you. Now in my opinion I think losing weight is the hardest because at work we are surrounding ourselves around a lot of options. As in not taking lunch to work, you give yourself the chance to want something hot or cold to eat or which fast food is the closest to my job. Well it’s 2020 time to kiss all that good bye no more options take a lunch to work, I’m providing you the best 5 ways to eat healthy at work anything is possible. 

  1. Bowl Of Fruit

Bowl of fruit for breakfast will also start your day off right. Eating fruit gets your blood flowing and your brain to be creative. When I eat a bowl of fruit for breakfast my day always goes well. It always puts me in a good mood and I always control my day so control yours. Try some fruit, according to personal health it’s not good to skip breakfast. 

2. Peanut Butter & Veggie Sandwich

Healthy Sandwich, there are all kinds of sandwiches you can do but I’m giving you the cheap price sandwich item bread and peanut butter. If you don’t know peanut butter is very good for you it’s a top protein. You can also make a veggie sandwich if you meal prep a veg sandwich for five days a week you already gave  yourself your lunch options.

3. Salad

Salads are a great choice for lunch now if you work for a top company or Corp company a lot of co workers like to go out to eat lunch together or have lunch meeting eating salad with chicken or turkey is great but watch yourself with the cheese and the dressing light dressing.

4. Slices Apples, Chewy, Bananas

Eating healthy snacks can take care of you throughout your day. Sometimes we are too busy to even take a break. So eating healthier has suggested that we humans should eat smart snacks. Eating sliced apples and peanut butter is one of my top favorites but you can always do bananas, chewy, grapes and even gram crackers are also great selections for you to choose for a to go snack. 

5. Smoothies

I see this being a lot of women’s personal favorite and it’s substituted food for a smoothie to get them through their work day. Now I will say it’s not a bad item and will save you money. It will be important that you put food in your system so try this eat breakfast, drink healthy smoothie during work hours, then go home and cook a healthy meal. For someone who is a busy worker you hobo can’t go wrong with doing that plan but first just try the smoothie to see if it will carry you all day.

I can only be honest with my reader doing this blog has made me really think about how I eat through my day when I work and go to school.
