I’m back with another blog for all my readers. Now if you are looking to lose weight or to even eat health my blogs are for you. Today I’m introducing to you a blog about body weight vs workout equipment. We are going to find out today which one is for you body weight or workout equipment.
Body Weight
Working out by just using your body weight is very normal you don’t need a gym. All you need is the right body workout exercise to do, you could even get a partner with a partner y’all are bound to motivate and push each other to finish through the goal you set. Coach says get creative with your body workout open your mind even try something new. If you don’t know where to start just go to Google and search body weight workouts exercise that’s the first step. After searching on Google you’ll see how many sources have different workouts you can do right in your bedroom even outside your house.
When not using workout equipment it gives you the chance to really push your body weight. Pushing your own weight can’t hurt you in the way gym equipment can hurt you. From my experience lifting my body weight has never had me injured for weeks or left me with a concussion. My main advice is if you want to lose weight and start off simple use your body weight first.
A strong mindset is power when it’s comes to working out and most definitely working out without equipment build your mindset to be stronger and more powerful to allow you to keep pushing yourself even when you are tired.
Workout Equipment
Some people just need more than their body weight to lose weight or gain muscle they are looking. That’s when workout equipment comes in, by lifting equipment weight it can also be used to motivate a person to push or do more than they think they can do. Healthier are telling us and showing videos on the Best way to work out with equipment so you want to injure yourself.
As we are human sometimes we are like monkeys see monkeys do, going to the gym gets us motivated when we see others working out hard. It makes us want to go harder than them and just want to reach the same success they had in gym. Even a lot of let to set a goal before going into the gym example work out on 4 equipment 30 mins on each equipment that’s 2 hours workout complete. It’s just that easy to make a goal before you even get out of the car to know what you are going to do.
For this blog I can’t take sides with either I like both and I feel both are very important in this world we live in. As a blogger I wanted to know how my Twitter followers feel about the two so here my Twitter poll https://twitter.com/RaQuanThomas3/status/1232837133259300864?s=20 about the two body weight or workout equipment.
